What we store

  • Your account email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and friendly name.
  • People you add as trip owners, including any email address you enter for them.
  • Trips you import: trip name, dates, mileage, stop names, stop coordinates, and route geometry.
  • Sharing settings you choose for each trip.

What we do not store

We do not keep your uploaded GPX or XLSX files, your Trip Wizard Visitor View link, or the raw trip response from RV LIFE. During an import we read only the fields listed above and discard the rest, including reservation details, notes, and costs.

Who can see your trips

Trips are private by default. If you share a trip with friends, only the people you mark as friends can view it, after signing in with the email you saved for them. If you make a trip public, anyone with its link can view the trip name, totals, and the stops and route you allow. Stops named with a street address are always shown only as their city, at an approximate point. Signed-in users who add your account email as a contact also see your public trips in their list. Your email address and your private trips are never shown to other users. If someone imports a trip for you and offers you a copy, you see their display name and the trip summary when you sign in with that email, and nothing is added to your account unless you accept.

Services we use

  • Vercel hosts the application.
  • Supabase provides the database and account sign-in.
  • An email delivery provider sends confirmation and password reset emails.
  • Map tiles are loaded from CARTO, based on OpenStreetMap data. Your browser requests map images for the areas you view.
  • When you import a public link, our server requests that trip from RV LIFE Trip Wizard.

We do not sell your data or use advertising or analytics trackers.

Deleting your data

You can delete any trip at any time. To delete everything, open Profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, trips, and people list. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited time before they expire.
